Everyone faces their own particular challenges in life and it is important to remember that no issue is too big or small to bring to counselling.  

The aim of individual counselling is to gain insight and understanding of your self in relation to difficult situations.

Jill listens with empathy to people and helps them discover patterns of thinking, behaviour and feeling that prevent them from coping effectively.

By gaining new knowledge and skills, people who have experienced effective counselling will often state that they have learnt to live in a less reactive way.
